Eligibility

To participate in the Refer a Friend program, you must be anGFP client with an individual or joint account, have an account net liquidation value of at least USD 2,000 and placed at least one securities trade.

Your referred friend must apply for theirGFP account using your unique link for either party to be eligible for the program.

Please note that residents of Japan, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Israel are ineligible for the Refer a Friend program. In addition, tax-deferred accounts are ineligible for both the referral bonus and awarding ofGFP stock.

Financial Advisors, Hedge Funds and Institutional accounts are ineligible for the Refer a Friend program.

Canadian residents can refer and earn USD 200 but referred clients are ineligible to receiveGFP shares.

Restrictions

Referrers are prohibited from having any involvement with a referred account once the referral is complete. In particular, the referrer must agree not to:

• Assist with the preparation of the referred client'sGFP account
• Train clients to use theGFP platform
• Act as a point of contact betweenGFP and the referred client
• Maintain any relationship with the referred client regarding the referred client'sGFP account, including trading in the referred client's account
• Distribute advertising materials aboutGFP withoutGFP 's prior approval
• Gather or provideGFP with client applications or supporting materials
• Refer their own accounts

Referrers are limited to 15 referrals per year and 30 referrals total. Referral bonuses and welcome shares will not be paid when the referrer and the new client are family members or others living at the same exact physical address.
